This program is now called OCIA or Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. Here are the specifics:
We meet on Thursday, from 6-7:30PM, in the Education Building.
NOTE: We are beginning again on September 19, 2024, for those interested in joining the Catholic Church.
We also welcome any Catholic who would like to know more about their faith – yes, even our old-timers are surprised which how much they learn every week.
[FYI, the change from RCIA to OCIA is not a huge deal, so let us not make it one either. Technically, the Order is a series of five (5) rites and not just one RCIA. Come Thursdays to learn more.]
Young Adults
This group is for anyone after high school to about 30-ish. Please join us in the Education Building on Wednesday night from 6-8PM.
Topics rotate so check the current church bulletin which always lists the next week's topic.
We also support Theology on Tap (TOT) in the diocese, which meet once a month on Wednesday nights, and on those Wednesday nights we join them.
There are two groups: TOT-Palm Beach County (third or fourth Wednesday, see LINK) and TOT-Treasure Coast (was first Wednesday, but is currently not meeting, LINK)
Bible Study (Lectio Divina)
Meets every Monday at 10AM in the parish Library:
In our meeting, we reread the Gospel from the previous Sunday and share the various homilies we heard across our weekend Masses.
Then we do a deep dive into the Jerome Biblical Commentary to study the Gospel reading in depth.
ALL IN Program
Meets every Tuesday at 10AM in the Education Building, we gather for a deeper study into the Faith.
Greg usually presents from what he learned at the Seminary in his Masters of Theological Studies program. If you want to get deep and serious, while still having fun, this is the gathering for you.
What does ALL IN stand for? Well, aside from what it literally means – getting all into the subject – it also is an acronym for:Apostolic Laity Legion of Iesus Nazarenus.
